MK Vs DC Universe Impressions..

Ive followed the MK franchise sense the first Mortal Kombat game which was back in 1992 and I must say when I first heard this, I thought it was the worst idea ever. I was so pissed off at the fact MK would do something like this. No fatalities, no gore that’s not MK. If there’s no gore, blood or limbs and brains flying everywhere that’s not MK, lets be real. DC, I mean come on couldn’t they get another good opponent?Well I was wrong, they say never judge a book by its cover and that’s exactly what I did. This game looks great, the graphics are nice, the characters have some adjustments to be made, but I must say I'm really looking forward to when this game hits the selves come this fall. From Ed Boom himself, he said “were looking at a 20 man roster 10 from DC’s side and 10 From Mk side.” I was excited, I was thinking of so many people. I mean lets be real guys who doesn’t want to see scorpion decapitate batman! That’s all I have for now and I'll be back come E3 when they announce 4 more characters.

Even past this review, I still think this game will not do well. For a couple reasons.

My main problem is that the Mortal Kombat characters are going against SUPER HEROES. I'm not one for judgment, but they're fucking super heroes. How would a character be able to beat a super hero? idk man.

But I saw the trailer, looks alright, I just hope they don't fuck it up too much.

ok let me say this i thought the same thing. but ok the only good superhero they have is superman. batman will get destroyed same with all other batman villains. The flash simple get kabal theres and equal to each superhero. but you have to look past that did people question marvel vs capcom? hell no people love it and its just something you ether love or hate.

to me the gameplay looks a little stiff like Tekken gameplay im into fast fighting games like Street Fighter but who know people said Marvel Vs Capcom was not going to do well and look how that turned out but i think this game is still work in progress

yes i agree with you. the last 2 mk's to me were a little stiff. i mean but i got used to it. to be honest if they had movement like deadly alliance but with the different fighting styles it would be great. i think they try to cram everything into one game and thats why there are flaws. but im still waiting for this game i think it will be good.
